Around The World in #8ishSteaks at The Koffee Pot – a feast for charity

SUPPER club whizz The Drunken Butcher (aka Iain Devine) has teamed up with Prevent Breast Cancer for a one-off dinner with a globetrotting meat-driven menu at The Koffee Pot in the Northern Quarter, with at least £10 per ticket going to the charity. Expect eight cuts of steak from eight different countries, each cooked in the national style – fillet carpaccio from Italy, skirt fajita from Mexico, Thai hangar steak with chilli, lemongrass, ginger and garlic, US barecue sirloin, steak and stout suet crust pie from Ireland, South American flatiron with chimmichurri, French rump with wild mushroom sauce and repreenting England rib eye with gravy and chips. There will also be a charity raffle and auction on the night.
