DARKNESS descends on 20 Stories on Sunday, October 28, as the high profile restaurant/bar celebrates the arrival of winter with a ‘Blackout Dinner’ lit solely by thousands of twinkling candles.
Inna decadent preparation for the clocks going back that night chef Aiden Byrne has created a special four course menu of seasonal delights. As the 19th floor venue with stunning panoramas of the city is plunged into darkness guests will be welcomed with a glass of bubbles, before enjoying roasted langoustine with hazelnut risotto, sherry jelly and smoked foie gras; beetroot poached salmon with citrus salad and fennel; beef fillet with oxtail doughnuts, bone marrow emulsion and grilled broccoli, before Aiden’s signature Manchester Tart is served for dessert.
