ALL these Italians proclaiming theirs is the ‘One True Pizza’ across Taste of Manchester. Well, Crazy Pedro’s have made it their mission to let’s say widen the boundaries of ehsat constitutes a topping. Think edible insects (crickets), katsu curry, hoisin sauced ‘Fuzzy Duck’ and for that memorable Easter homage, ‘I Am The Resurreggtion’, topped with chocolate sauce, marshmallows, brownie pieces and a melting creme egg.
Ever sensitive to the season, their December 2018 pizza special is Ped’s In Blankets, aiming to bring you all the things you love about Christmas on a pizza – so tuck into a topping of pigs in blankets, turkey crisps, cranberry ketchup and Grinch mustard.
We suspect it may well become an essential stomach liner in the wee small hours (Crazy Pedro’s is open seven days a week 1 until 4am). Washed down with their Margarita of the Month – a Mulled Spice one naturally.
