A HUNDREDTH birthday party doesn’t sound the liveliest bash but we’re talking Aperol heritage. To be truthful, we here at ToM really have our sights set on celebrating Negroni Week (June 24-30) in homage to that superior Italian tipple.
But it won’t stop us dropping gin for a palate cleanser or two at the Oast House, Spinningfields, which is hosting the Aperol Spritz Big Birthday Social giant, revolving bar from Wednesday, June 19 to Sunday, June 23. As you hop on and off brand ambassadors are on hand to show you how to mix the perfect Spritzl.

This brand centennial is quite a bar takeover. They’ll be transforming the outside area into the Aperol 100 Piazza complete with live music and DJs at the bright orange dance floor. Plus there’s the perfect summer selfie opportunity – a classic Italian car on-site.
Entry is free but if you want to guarantee a spot on the carousel bar or in the selfie station book in advance here. There are special deals for hiring the car space.
