EVERY year is a pig-out at Crazy Pedro’s. Subtlety and authenticity has never been an issue with their monthly changing pizza. Which we kinda like them for. You can’t spent your entire eating life devoted to 24 hour proved Neapolitan sourdough bases, San Marzano tomatoes like Papa used to grow, Fior di Latte mozzarella like Mama use to make.
It’s heading for 4am and you need ballast to get you through to breakfast before your hangover kicks in? Head for CP’s on Bridge Street or its sibling in the NQ. You’d prefer a Chinese since 2019 is The Year of the Pig? Well go no further for New Year and beyond.
‘That’ll do Pig’ is their February pizza special, featuring pork marinated with five spice, ginger and honey, red chillies, spring onion, sesame oil, sesame seeds, coriander and finished with hoisin sauce.
Crazy Pedro’s is open 7 days a week from 12pm to 4am, you can start at lunchtime with their special lunch offer: two slices and a drink for £5 or get a beer for an extra pound, available from 12pm to 3pm, and stay until the late am. A whole 16in pizza costs £16, a slice £3.
