Guests will sample classic rock oysters and Hawksmoor’s infamous bone marrow oysters (pictured), both paired with bespoke Lillet cocktails. There will also be a short oyster demonstration and an opportunity to learn more about Lillet, which is based near Bordeaux. Tickets cost £25 a head. Book them here.
