PEOPLE’S Choice winners in the recent British Street Food Awards Northern Heat Dim Sum Su head up a strong trader presence at the Victoria Baths Foodie Open Day on Sunday, July 9.

The Leftbank-based duo, also shortlisted in the street food category of the 2017 Manchester Food and Drink Awards, will be supplementing their legendary baos with special treats such as their the limited edition KOJA Sandwich with Japanese karaage Chicken and secret spices.

If baos aren’t your wow then check out the rest of the street food line-up – Purely Pizza, Tapas y al a Carta, La Castila, Bunny Chow and Ice Cream Creations.

Plus, in the beautiful surroundings of the Pineapple Room, traditional afternoon tea will be served, presented on an eclectic mix of vintage crockery. With a glass of bubbly an extra fiver.

There are also a series of guided tours of the iconic venue, two shows by Ordsall Acapella Singers and a fully-stocked bar.

Open Day, Victoria Baths, Hathersage Road, Manchester, M13 0FE, Sunday, July 9, 11am-4pm. £4 entry fee to the main hall and street food.
