WHAT, no turkey for Thanksgiving? But at Hispi Quail all you like for a good cause

7 November 2017

ON Thursday, November 23, Hispi in Didsbury is joining the ranks of top restaurants fund-raising for the Action Against Hunger charity. The team decided they wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving, the season of gratitude for good harvests, with a dinner on behalf of those for whom harvest haven’t been quite so ample.

So Hispi head chef Rich Sharples has put together a delicious four course Thanksgiving-inspired menu with wine that includes deep fried quail, truffled sweet potato cake and pecan pie (and zero dry turkey).

It would make the perfect pre-Christmas season of madness get together, so if you’re looking for a team night out, or a catch up with friends that you’re thankful for, this is the one to book.

The night starts at 7pm. All profits will go directly to Action Against Hunger and what's more your donation will go twice as far because the UK Government will double your ticket donation for this event. Your support will help to provide mums and kids in Senegal with the nutrition and support they need to be healthy as part of theHealthy Mums Healthy Kids appeal.and tickets cost £45 a head. Buy them here.
