At Brassica Grill they aim to serve good, simple, honest food, ranging from succulent steaks and grills to modern British cuisine, using locally sourced and seasonal ingredients where possible. 

Paul Faulkner, company director and chef made his name at former Urbis restaurant The Modern, where he won restaurant of the year in 2009, after a stint at Zinc and a spell in London, where he worked at the Harvey Nichols OXO Tower and Knightsbridge restaurants, and most recently Albert Square Chophouse.

The restaurant's minimal but welcoming interior, which has been redecorated in light, earthy tones that both reflect the food and leave it to do the talking. But don’t just take our word for it, come and try their elicits food.
