Ciaooo's head chef Stefano Mordecchi comes with a strong pizza pedigree, having earned his crust at Double Zero in Chorlton. With a glorious traditional oven, imported form Italy to work with, he creates arguably the best Neapolitan pizza crusts in Manchester (and there's plenty of opposition). The setting is a pretty basis coffee on busy Swan Street, opposite the Mackie Mayor, but there is a real warmth to the place, which is kid and dog-friendly.
