Kabana is a simple curry house located in the Northern Quarter. Operating very much in the canteen framwork, the cooking is fresh and changes with the seasons. Stacked with workers from the streets and city around, the menu offers authentic Indian specialities. Try channa dhall (chickpea daal), Tandoori chicken and kebab with yoghurt sauce and huge freshly made chapatis. The lamb chops, smothered in a chilli, mint and yoghurt are a high point.
