The heavyweight presence is a mirror-tiled Volcanic clay pizza oven imported from Naples and turning out in 90 seconds flat the likes of artichoke and smoked pig's cheek sourdough pizza (£12) or on Sundays a ‘Brunch Special, featuring tomato, mozzarella, smoked pancetta, fennel sausage, portobello and egg (£11.50). Wash down with the local Track Ozark Pale (£4.20) or Ply’s own burly ABC Crate Digger Coffee Stout (£5).
