Barlow Moor Road rejuvenation continues apace with the arrival of this vital Caribbean eaterie.  It's run by trained barrister Ez Saunders, son of Kool Runnings owner Aval Saunders. The usual suspects are present on the menu – Jerk Chicken (£6.95) and Curried Goat (£7.45) – but both done with real panache, the chicken served in a simple straw boat, dressed with strips of sweet mango and a sprig of thyme. To drink with them, Red Stripe or tropical cocktails, naturally.
