Anna and James Gill’s luscious tea room was name among the UK’s top 50 by the Independent newspaper and it’s easy to see why. Each day they bake ayer cakes, brownies, traybakes, desserts, cupcakes and slices, using  local, fair-trade and organic ingredients wherever possible. Milkshake are blended from yummy Cheshire Farm Ice Cream. Perfect showcase is afternoon tea, served Thursday to Saturday from 12 noon. The couple will deliver their wares natuiionwide and have made a speciality out of catering for weddings. Not bad for a business that sprunf out of a pop-up stall on Piccadilly Farmers Market.
