Cracking Good Food was launched in March 2010 at Chorlton's Big Green Festival. The guys behind Cracking Good Food aim to teach people how to enjoy cooking tasty, healthy, affordable, food from scratch and to inspire and empower people to cook for themselves and their family and friends, by developing their exisiting cooking skills and confidence through hands on cooking sessions and courses, where everyone cooks together and eats together. Learn how to make the perfect tart tatin by combining rich caramel, dessert apples and shortcrust pastry. Youll learn how to set cream to the perfect consistency for Panna Cotta, flavouring it with vanilla and serving with seasonal poached fruit.
