CAROLINE Dubois, sommelier at Stockport’s acclaimed Where The Light Gets In, and Issy Jenkins of Season’s Eatings supper club are bringing their new project, Isca, to Northern Monk Refectory on Sunday, July 7.
Isca is a collaboration between the two to combine natural wine and seasonal food while celebrating the origins of the produce and the people behind it. For £55 (plus booking fee) guests will be served a four course seasonal menu paired with craft beers selected by Northern Monk and natural wines from Caroline.
