SUMMER Beer Thing is high summer in a glass even if the sun isn’t guaranteed to shine on Sadler’s Yard. This upmarket hopfest at The Pilcrow Pub, now in its third year, is certainly a hot ticket. All day tickets for on the central day, Saturday, June 29 is a sell-out but all day passes are still on sale for the bookending Friday and Sunday sessions.
It’s a spin-off project from the the team who created Indy Man Beer Con, Port Street Beer House and The Pilcrow. So a cutting edge craft beer line-up is guaranteed across the weekend. Recent brewery additions include Omnipollo, Kernel, Verdant, Zapato and oru own Pomona Island. The 200 plus beers will be served from separate bars by category.
In addition there’s a new cocktail bar collab with Bring & Mix and Campari UK and street food comes from from the likes of Marot Pizza and Vaso Kitchen.
