TRUST Reserve to serve up an event that goes way beyond your average wine tasting.
No strangers to the region’s best street food traders thanks to their residency at Altrincham Market House and Mackie Mayor, they have cherry-picked three of the best for their Wine & Food Festival at Fairfield Social Club on Friday, June 22.
The redoubtable Yakumama will provide Latin American treats, Altrincham regulars Little Orange Co their take on Sicilian arancini (parmesan and mascarpone with pea purée and lemon paprika aioli pictured) and ChouChoux delectable desserts.
It does without saying that the West Didsbury merchants will be sourcing some amazing wines to accompany this food. They’ve name checked Avondale Wines from Sout Africa and Nierpoort from Portugal. Plus there’ll be wine masterclasses, gins, English whisky and, naturally, craft beer along with entertainment.
