Breeze into a healthy new you with Hemsley and Hemsley at the Library

1 February 2016 by Neil Sowerby

IS there no end to personable young lasses promoting healthy lifestyles through food? First  we got Ella Woodward, author of  ‘Deliciously Ella’, fastest selling debut cookbook of all time (200,000 copies sold by the end of last summer) promoting her 'clean eating' gospel at The Lowry.

Now the Hemsley Sisters are arriving at Manchester’s Central Library on Monday, March 7, to let us all in on the secrets of ‘Good + Simple’ (Ebury Press, £17), the about-to-be-published follow-up to their No.1 bestseller (70,000 copies and counting), The Art of Eating Well, which turned punters on to the joys of bone broth and spiralizers.

TOM doesn’t expect the 140 recipes in Jasmine and Melissa’s new tome to stray far from the formula that mood, digestion and nutrition are all linked in the quest for a balanced, healthy, lifestyle. And tou might even shed some pounds
