Bringing home the bacon – Butcher Frost at The Parlour, Chorlton

TWO Chorlton foodie faves combine for an evening of – pig butchery and bacon curing! Well, it’s a change from pub quizzes and burgers. The Parlour in Beech Road is hosting Chorlton (and the North West’s) favourite butcher, Lee Frost, for The Big Parlour Pig Out on Wednesday, November 12. Frostie will run a masterclass on procine matters. The kitchen team will then whip up a range of pig-inspired canapés using a variety of cuts, all served up with lashings of cider. A crackling night promised for all!
