SATURDAY, September 9, sees the return of the Eccles Makers Market with an expected 50 artisan traders on board. Some of these are selling handmade headbands, shabby chic signs and other crafty stuff, but there’s plenty to occupy those with a food and drink focus.
News stall holders include cupcake specialists Wicked Pops, Taste Of Brazil, Sam Joseph Chocolates, Abel and Cole offering organic produce and Big House Of Olives.
More familiar faces include Cumbrian and their excellent black pudding, bespoke Indian pickle guru Mr Vikki’s and Powell’s pork pies.
