WE wondered if they might not be back but, following a successful vegan ‘special event’, GRUB Food Fair returns as a regular weekly fixture under the arches at Alphabet Brewing Company with a terrific line-up. This Saturday (11th) expect mezze from The Ottö-Men, burgers from What’s Your Beef (pictured above), Latin American cuisine from Yakumama (below) and sweet treats from The Manchester Doughnut Company plus special guests London’s Raclette Brothers, oozing toasty cheese. To accompany, Alphabet beers that can get no fresher. We like the A to K oatmeal pale ale. They accept cards, but bring cash for the food stalls.
