JUST when you thought it was safe to go back to tablecloths and silver cutlery, Guerrilla Eats have taken to the streets again.
Well, the Fairbairn Building in Ancoats actually. A rotating selection of citys best independent, itinerant food traders will take over the ground floor of this section of the Royal Mills development in Henry Street from 5pm until midnight every Saturday until the end of November.
The Street Food Party will feature three resident vendors in co-created canteens, which will change every four weeks, along with four different guest traders every week.
Favourites already confirmed include Cowboys Burgers, Drum and Baste, Dirty Dogs, Gemburrito, Barnhouse Bistro, Mumma Schnitzel, Hip Hop Chip Shop, Fair Game, Fish &, Banh Mi Booth and Fire and Salt BBQ.
Dont miss these newcomers to the street food collective Beastys, Smokin Hot Tamales, Mei Meis Street Cart, Dirty Food Revolution and Madame Francois. Expect music from resident DJs Pezz, Joe! Joe! Joe! and Brocky, aka Guerrilla Output.
