FESTIVE markets and pop-ups everywhere but the real harbinger of Christmas for ToM is the annual Hangingditch Wine Fair, which nine years on seems to have found the perfect nest inside Manchester Cathedral, just round the corner from their shop.
With more than 300 wines (and abundant beers and spirits) there for the tasting it’s the perfect place to stock up on some quality tipples for the festivities ahead.
