HATCH on Oxford Road certainly is a buzzing food and drink hub, this Sunday (March 15, 12pm-6pm) launching its first monthly Sunday produce market. It offers a strong line-up of independent local traders selling a wide and exciting range of fresh produce under the Mancunian Way.
Traders for their first market include: HM Pasties, The Great British Cheese Co, Made at the Meadow Chocolates, Devil Dog Sauces, Manchester Cheesecake Co, Buzzy Bee Bakery, T’Arricrii, The Finest Honey, Samosa Shack, Gourmeggs and Pasta Factory. Add on all the regular traders and it’s quite a cornucopia of treats.
