Mexican Day of the Dead? Let Wahaca’s Thomasina cook your last supper!

AT this ghoulish time of the year it doesn’t have to be Halloween. The Mexican Day of the Dead has its own spicy identity and Caramaba! Wahaca in the Corn Exchange is always quick to capitalise on its culinary selling point.

Head honcho Thomasina Miers (is coming up on Friday, November 2 to cook a very special supper club – offering a five course fest featuring the likes of passion fruit cured trout ceviche, a very special seasonal game picadillo, and chargrilled Riverford Organic squash. As you arrive, you’ll be invited into the Land of the Dead, where performers will raise your spirits as the team shake fresh Olmeca Altos Marigold Margaritas and pour ice cold Coronas.
