OTTOLENGHI’S NOPI TALK AND DEMO AT THE ROYAL EXCHANGE

24 September 2015

THE chef that launched a million dinner parties featuring sumac and pomegranate molasses via his books and Guardian Saturday columns is coming to Manchester’s Royal Exchange to promote his latest volume.

On Monday, September 28 Jerusalem-born, London-based Yotam Ottolenghi will talk about and sign copies of NOPI, named after his acclaimed London restaurant. He will be joined by its head chef Ramael Scully (pictured below, right) to demonstrate some of the book’s Middle Eastern and Asian recipes, followed by a Q and A. TOM feels he'll be hard pressed to better the outstanding Jerusalem; whatever, this is a must gig for all contemporary foodies.

Royal Exchange, St Ann’s Square, M2 7DH. 0161 833 9833, 7.30pm, £10 (£8 conc), www.royalexchange.co.uk
