PHO is up there with our favourite traders at the Corn Exchange. We can’t get enough of that eponymous Viet national dish with its rich stock teeming with good things or the limpid spring rolls with their chilli kick.
Now there’s even more reason to check them out. They’ve just opened a roof terrace space, available to be booked as a private dining room or cocktail party area. All with splendid views of the Exchange’s naturally lit atrium.
To tally they’ve created two new special menus with light bites for parties or private seated dining with set offerings (two or three courses available). Look out for fresh summer rolls, pork and lemongrass meatballs and crisp chicken wings from the canape menu plus for seated diners pho noodle soups, wok-fried rice dishes, fragrant curries and healthy salads with a substantial vegan presence.
