NEIGHBOURHOOD, the bar that three years ago brought the Manhattan vibe to Manchester (since slavishly followed) is to get a £1m refurb.
James HItchen’s celeb-friendly brand is also spreading its wings to Liverpool on the back of an estimated £11m turnover for his East Coast Concepts group, which also runs Victor’s of Hale.
Work at the Spinningfields site will begin in May, while the opening in Liverpool’s Castle Street is set for the autumn.
