BITTEN magazine in its year of existence has established itself as an indefatigable champion of north west food. Now along with their sponsors, food and drink agency Ahoy, they have teamed up with Manchester Food and Drink Festival to curate the Bitten Banquets.
One of the BB highlights is Taste on Two at Harvey NIchols on Monday, September 14, a showcase of the outstanding food and drink offering at the high-end store. It is a chance for the public to meet their Foodmarket suppliers and, of course, sample their wares. Enjoy fantastic drinks, food tastings, cooking demos from the Second Floor chefs, masterclasses, and plenty of foodie treats – as well as a sneak peek at HN’s Christmas gifting.
TOM is not sure what “an alcoholic air vapour experience from Hendrick’s Gin” is, but we’re determined to give it a go, as well as sampling stuff from Burt’s Cheese, Woodall’s Charcuterie, Adams and Harlow, Kaizen Living, Jellytots and Dollymixtures, The Wild Peanut, Thomas Dakin Gin, MR BLACK, Grey Goose plus many more.
