TASTE on Two at Harvey Nichols delivered big flavours from the upmarket store’s suppliers to stand out as a star turn of the Manchester Food and Drink Festival’s ‘Fringe’ and the 'Bitten Banquet' series.
These suppliers’ stations were scattered across the Bar, Brasserie and Food Market on the Second Floor – including stellar names such as Burt’s Cheese, Woodall Charcuterie, Buxton Pudding, Yee Kwan Ice Cream, The Real Olive, Jealous Sweets, Brew Tea, Beauty In, Kaizen Living, Wild Peanut Co, Brightside Brewery, Forest Gin, Thomas Dakin Gin, Hendricks Gin, and many more.
Complimentary drinks, guest talks, live cooking demos from the Second Floor Chefs and a cornucopia of samples, including own label wines contributed to a fabulous foodie occasion for just £15 a head (you got a HN apron and gift bag, too). Plus there was a chance to place the first orders for Christmas hampers on the evening.
