BOTANISTS are springing up all over. Latest addition to the New World Trading Company’s roster of garden-themed bar/restaurants – No14, in fact – is in The Orange Tower, an 11-storey building in MediaCityUK.
It will open its doors in September, providing yet another watering hole for a community that includes along with Salford University, the BBC, ITV, The Lowry Theatre and the set of ‘Coronation Street’
The new Botanist venue has room for 146 diners and will also feature a large outside terrace allowing. Expect the brand’s signature hanging kebabs along with deli boards, nibbles and pub grub staples such as rotisserie chicken.
Drinks centre on an extensive cocktail menu offering over 45 botanical-based concoctions. The bar will also stock more than 60 ales, beers and ciders from around the world, including a home-brewed speciality ale.
Situated at The Orange Tower, Unit 1 Balcony, Salford, M50 2HE, The Botanist MediaCityUK will be open from 12pm to 12am every day from early September 2017.
