TAST Catala, El Gato Negro, Iberica, Tapeo & Wine – four establishments in a tapas crawl that will take you just a quarter of a mile. It’s hardly the Pilgrimage of Santiago but for our own Matty White it was a sacred quest to check out Manchester city centre’s amazing Spanish dining scene, starting with sensational new Catalan restaurant Tast. The wine and gin may have slowed him down along the way but he made it through to the finishing Tapeo! His lovely instagram images above shows the amount of food research he did, too.
