To celebrate the launch of the new summer cocktail menu at The Lowry Hotel, TOM are giving two lucky readers the chance to go with a friend to a VIP cocktail making workshop at the hotel's cosy and fun-loving River Bar and Grill.
You'll get the chance to taste your way through the new summary concoctions and try your hand at making them.
TOM's favourites include the delicious Mexican Honey Bee, made with tequila, honey and fresh orange, and the gorgeous Peach and Elderflower Collins, with gin, peach puree and zesty lemons.
