In this US-inspired grill house utilising the celebrated Josper grill, meat is displayed in a large chiller cabinet and options for hungry diners include the classic “Mal” burger served with 250g bacon, with Gruyere and fries or The Burger Stack, a classic Burger topped with a foie gras slider and onion rings. Drift away in what many consider to be the most urbane atmospheres in town, all cloth sack drapes and thick rope details. Ideal as a cool business dinner or a hot spot for a date.
