Billed as Manchester’s oldest continuously trading Italian restaurant, Don Giovanni has a fiercely loyal clientele, who like its traditional take on classic dishes and buzzin brightness. Still they are not afraid to try something new, commissioning celebrity Italian-French chef Jean Christophe Novelli to curate a selection of starry dishes for the menu in the run up to Christmas.
