Boasting 130 caffeine-fuelled covers, this is indisputably the city centre’s largest coffee shop... and one of the best. It’s a crowded market – at the last count the NQ alone was home to 16. Foundation, based within the recently redeveloped Sevendale House, Owner Adam Chapman, a former policeman and gym-owner, encourages customers to try the bulletproof coffee (butter and coconut oil in an Americano), inspired by his days of wearing a bulletproof vest.
