Idle Hands

32 Dale Street

Northern Quarter

M21 2GH

TASTE of Manchester loves supporting individual independent ventures, so we will be supporting Idle Hands – even at the risk of twitchy caffeine overload!

This coffee pop-up on Piccadilly Staion Approach is the brainchild of Dave Wolinski and Tom Cowcher, both formerly of North Tea Power, who run it with the help of Dave’s girlfriend, Lucy. The space was previously occupied for three weeks by Hunt and Darton, peripatetic coffee purveyors offering an interactive performance space and social and artistic hub.

At Idle Hands, excellent coffee and some well-priced quality snacks (granola, crumpets and bacon and avocado butties using @trovebakerysourdough) are the focused deal. They plan to be there initially for six months as they seek to establish themselves as a real coffee contender in the city.
