Sharing dishes are to the fore at this self-styled Arabic restaurant, which means it covers a lot of ground. Hummus nd fantastically fresh flatbread is where to start, then you can't ignore classic meat dishes such as Lamb Shawarma (£8.50), all tahini and spice flavours, or Fateh Jasmine (£8.50), a stew of aubergine and lamb with tomatoes and onions in a tomato sauce. Jasmine is BYOB and conveniently situated opposite Carrington's wine shop. Over-indulge and there's some powerful Arab coffee to send you on your way.
