Both a brewery and a chain of pubs, the original Marble Arch is a vintage location, with delightful, early 20th century glass, brass and tiling. Drink one of the house beers the Ginger Marble is a multi-award-winner, as is Black Marble IPA - or try one of a number of perfectly selected guest ales. Food is a real strength. Try something from the updated pub menu that includes falafel burgers with beetroot mayo, Marble Ginger-braised ox cheeks, fish and chips, pork neck sous vide and cod brandade, Catalan style. Deservedly Manchester Food and Drink Awards Pub of the Year 2015. There are also a Marble Bar at 57 Thomas Street M4 1NA in the Northern Quarter and a Marble Beer House at 57 Manchester Road, Chorlton M21 9PW
