It's been quite a year for the Northern Quarter vegan pioneer, named 'Best Vegan Restaurant' in the UK at the annual VegFest in London and now ensconced in a smart new unit on Edge Street. With a a full commercial kitchen, bar and in-house bakery it can only go from strength with its gluten-free, seitan-based vegan take on burgers and buttermilk chicken. Lobsta, tone, nothing is quite what it seems in this casual playful eateries. We like the beer selection too. It's not all ethical pain!
