January in Manchester means cold weather, New Year resolutions and, as we all know, some proper good food deals. There are a whole bunch of joints across the city offering some very decent discounts, but we thought we'd do you a solid and round up some of the best offering as much as 50% off in January - making this month the perfect time to dine without hurting your wallet too much. So, without further ado, let's get into the best restaurants to head to this month for half-price meals that'll be sure to cure those January blues...

The Trading Route | 50% off rotisserie chicken
Serving 50% off its rotisserie chicken from Tue 6 Jan, running Tuesday to Saturday to the end of the month. The 50% applies to full and half chickens Tuesday to Saturday when a table is booked, all backed by Jamie Scahill’s promise that January “doesn’t have to be boring.”

Lina Stores & Bar Lina | 3 courses for £15 & £5 cocktails
Pranzo Da Lina lunch is £15 for 3 courses Monday to Friday, 12pm to 2.30pm. The deli serves salad boxes or filled focaccia for £9.95 with free coffee or tea and a mini cannolo Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4pm. Bar Lina has £5 cocktails daily in January, 5pm to 7pm, quoting ‘JanOffer’.

The Morris | 25% off drinks

The Blues Kitchen Manchester | 50% off food + £10 lunch deal
From New Year’s Day until 31 January, enjoy 50% off the full food menu all day Sunday to Wednesday, including Veganuary-friendly dishes at half price. The lunch offer also continues, with any dish from the lunch menu plus a soft drink for £10, with the option to upgrade to an alcoholic drink for £2.
San Carlo | £10 January dining voucher
