A flavour of the Mediterranean is being brought to Manchester’s Room restaurant. For its latest Wine Club event, Room is exploring the tastes of the Mediterranean with a gourmet menu served alongside six carefully matched wines that capture the essence of the area’s cuisine.

Hosted by Hallgarten Druitt, the event on Monday, July 27 will see a duo of dishes served for each course while diners are guided through the wine pairings and given a background to the different varieties.

The evening will begin at 7pm with canapés served alongside a glass of Fiorile Rosato IGT Di Sicilia. The menu will follow:

Duo of starters:
Quail and Foie Gras Ravioli – paired with Cavallina Grillo IGT Di Sicilia
