After finding success in London’s Covent Garden, Cambridge and Brighton, Artisan chocolate café Knoops is arriving in Manchester this spring to make it their first location in the North.
Founded by German-born Jens Knoop, the luxury hot chocolate chain are renowned for their expert approach to hot chocolate making. Not only do they pride themselves on their variety of chocolates but also their range of percentages with customers able to choose from 28 to 44 percent milk all the way to 70 to 100 percent dark, whilst also offering these chocolates types as milkshakes alongside serving up ice cream.
With Coco beans sourced globally from Peru to Uganda to Mexico their expertise and care around the art of chocolate really bleeds into every aspect of what they do.
Accompanying their stacked chocolate selection, the café will also feature a bakery serving up cakes and pastries as well as classics such as croissants, cupcakes, pastel de natas and many more treats.
The chocolate boutique will be basing itself on the corner of Cross Street and South King Street and while no official date has been announced yet, we can expect their doors to open at some point in April.
Knoops stated: “We’re thrilled to be opening our first Knoops store up north this Spring!
“Whether you’re at university, a local or just visiting Manchester, pop in for a Knoops hot chocolate, mocha or baked goods.”
