In the culinary world a brave few dare to dream, to push the boundaries and question what is truly possible and Ciaooo Pizza are one of those chosen few. They saw the crowdpleaser that is garlic bread and asked “but why is it just a starter?” and thus the concept was born.
Coming to Shudehill this week is a brand-new restaurant from the team behind Ciaooo Pizza that is going to be completely dedicated to garlic bread and frankly, it’s got us asking.. Why was this not around sooner?
Built off the back of the strength of their garlic bread, Ciaooo’s new concept will be bring us a range of different GB’s including plain with garlic butter, cheese (with garlic butter, mozzarella and parmesan), nduja and honey, cacio e pepe, pesto, marinara and even truffle all on top of a bed of delicious garlic bread. Truly the dream meal.
Alongside the main event, the restaurant will also be serving 10” pizzettes (just slightly smaller, chunkier pizzas basically) to chow down on at lunchtime. Flavours here include classics such as Margherita, two styles of Marinara, Toscana (parma ham, truffle oil, parmesan), Chorizo (salami, chorizo, mozzarella), Calabrese (n’duja sausage and burrata) and The Smoked (smoked pepperoni, crispy onion and burrata).
