FENIX, the high-end contemporary Greek-Mediterranean restaurant and destination bar, has just announced the launch of their new festive offering that includes sharing concept menus, special limited-edition cocktails and desserts, alongside extended opening hours at The Nest Bar and large group bookings.
From the 1st of November until the 30th of December, FENIX proudly presents a trio of Christmas menus - three new chapter-based odysseys featuring heartier dishes, richer recipes and warming ingredients to transport diners far from the British weather through flavours and aromas typical of Mykonian island life at this time of year.
Curated by FENIX’s talented Greek duo, Ippokratis and Zisis, these dishes are inspired by cherished flavours from their own festive traditions, offering a taste of their personal Christmas celebrations.
The three menus; The Athenian Tavera, Greek Nostos or the Mykonian Aura, are split into four chapters and designed to take diners on an immersive journey of Greek exploration.
To start, enjoy fresh homemade pita and dips, an antithesis to the usual Christmas flavours, before moving on to dishes including the Broken Down Tart, a pulled lamb shank with bechamel, truffle and oyster mushroom and Halloumi Cheese Tempura with yuzu hollandaise espuma and shiso vinaigrette.
Guests will then delight in the star of the menu, on chapter three, the Beef Paccheri - a luxurious pasta dish featuring slow-cooked short rib, brimming with rich, deep flavours, perfect for discerning food lovers.
To add to the merriment, the final chapter includes a selection of sweet treats such as the Choc Ice, layered milk chocolate and crispy almond nougatine, or the Chocolate Crème Brûlée, with a cinnamon crumble and Greek coffee ice cream.
New à la carte dishes include the Calamarata Pasta made with seared scallops, pecorino and lemon cream; Tuna Truffle and Caviar Tartare; and Chicken Spetsofai Gyoza.
Alongside the seasonal menu, guests can indulge in a special limited-edition dessert and two signature Metaxa cocktails - the Immaculate Moonlight, a vibrant blend of Metaxa 12*, Merlet Fraise, green strawberry, orange, and lemon juice and The 8th Moon, a rich combination of Metaxa 12*, Roots Kanela, Kahlua, cinnamon, and cream.
The Champagne Selene is a luxurious vanilla mandarin mousse with raspberry confit and champagne jelly for dessert. The Nest Bar is a dynamic space and will be open during the Christmas period from 12pm till late.
By day, it’s bathed in sunlit charm, while by evening, it transforms into a captivating, magical setting, culminating in the vibrant energy of moonlight.
Each phase flows seamlessly, creating the perfect atmosphere for enjoying cocktails, fine wines, and Champagne - whether it’s a romantic date night, lively after-work Christmas celebrations, or cherished family gatherings.
