The team behind The Parlour, on Chorltons Beech Road, are to take up residence in a custom built stall in the beer garden of The Beech Inn, also on Beech Road in Chorlton. Following their invitation to bring a new food offer to the beech, The Parlour team (which includes Jonny Booth who also owns the Castle Hotel, Gullivers and The Eagle Inn) hit the drawing board for a new food concept.
The result is Parlour Dogs a new street-food-style venture, in collaboration with award winning butcher WH Frosts. Together they have created a secret recipe for an all-British version of the all-American hot dog with all meat is locally sourced from Cheshire producers and only natural sausage casings used.
Parlour Dogs is set to launch on Good Friday (18 April) with a menu comprising classic, bacon blue, ploughmans, bloody mary, welsh rarebit and an extra special sunday best featuring six hour brisket with Parlour bone marrow gravy. Vegetarians will also be ably looked after with a made to order 'veggie frank'.
From Fri 18 Apr, Parlour Dogs at The Beech Inn, 72 Beech Road, Manchester, M21 9EG. Follow @parlourdogs for up to the minute info.
