PERIPATETIC chef Robert Owen Brown is hosting the next Supper Club at Ancoats Coffee Co to kick off the August Bank Holiday. In collaboration with Inca Pop Ups he’ll cook a five-course menu consisting of wild mushroom soup with summer truffle, pressed smoked duck, octopus with heritage tomato and Yorkshire chorizo, butter roast guinea fowl with honey and lemon and summer pudding with vanilla ice cream.
