THE title of the weekend nearly says it all: Manchester Sausage, Cider, Beer and BBQ Festival, but there’s entertainment, too, with a total of 14 tribute acts across both days. You know the score – Stoned Roses, Noasis and Happy Mondaze. There’s lots to occupy the kids and craft and food stalls.
