Bar And Restaurant Plans Revealed For New £210m Factory International Venue

17 May 2023 by Sam Easton

Already tipped by Timeout Magazine to be one of Manchester’s hottest attractions once opened, Factory international have finally revealed their food and drink plans and there’s plenty to get excited about.

Earlier this week, Bosses announced two of the North-Wests most prominent operators (one of which was behind the fabulous YES) will come together to work on the multi million-pound development.

Planned to be named Super Serve Manchester, we’ll see a new collaboration between Solitaire Restaurants Ltd and Square One to see this project come to life.

Factory International aims to cover all bases by offering Brunch options, meals on the go and a late night offering in what promises to be an ambitious project to say the least.

Managing Director of Super Serve Manchester, Stevie Mulgrave, had this to say: “With many of the team starting their hospitality careers right here in Manchester before going on to work with some of the best independent operators throughout the North West, it’s an honour now to be chosen as the Food & Beverage partner for Factory International.

“Already billed by Time Out magazine as one of the best things to visit in 2023, we can’t wait to be a part of this amazing project in the heart of our city.”

Audiences will be able to sample the new cultural space during this year’s Manchester International Festival from 29th June to the 16th July.
